The website records all payments, keeping track of what orders are paid for and what orders still need to be invoiced. All billing and payment features are secure and don't expose client card data.

You can set up a default fee spit percentage for each inspector, and this is also editable on a per-order basis. If you have the review inspector enabled, you can set their fee to be deducted from the appraisal fee before the main inspector's fee split percentage is deducted.

Set a service charge on a per client and per order basis that will be calculated for each order. Admins or inspectors can then easily see a breakdown of their fees.

Turn on this option and when an inspector uploads a report, an admin must first approve it before the client can see it. When the report is approved, the client will receive an email including the report. It will also be ready for downloading within their client area.
